Living in South Florida, we have grown accustomed to variations in customer service expectations. This area of Florida is like a melting pot of different people from all over the world who have various experiences in giving and receiving customer service so the standard of customer satisfaction will be completely different for everyone depending on their expectations.

When we receive calls from potential clients, they are typically very concerned about mold, and the proper procedure for removing it safely. There is no question that our client’s experience level with mold differs greatly from one another as the majority of our clients are experiencing mold issues for the first time. Our business location also has a flooring and cabinetry showroom, so our customers are able to select various materials to rebuild their property by scheduling an appointment to work around a busy schedule.
